All our items are securely packed so you receive your item in perfect condition. Name and number sets are sent in a board backed envelope and sleeve badges are sent in a padded envelope for complete peace of mind. For short numbers ordered on their own, a standard envelope is used for posting to UK addresses when the order value is under £5.00.
For EU and Non-EU countries, you can choose between Royal Mail Airmail and Royal Mail International signed for. If you choose Royal Mail Airmail, this is unregistered and is entirely at customers own risk. We are not responsible if the unlikely happens, and your package is damaged or lost in the post and we would not refund in this case.
