Q. Can I send my shirt to you for printing?
A. Yes, we can professionally apply name and numbers and sleeve badges to your shirt and numbers to your shorts for any of the items on our site. You’ll just need to select the option to show your sending the shirt to us and select the shirt printing postage option at checkout.
Q. I’ve got the shirt, name and number and sleeve badges but want it applied professionally. Do you offer this?
A. We’re happy to professionally apply the items to you but would request they’re official or you have application guidelines if it’s rare item. We charge a labour charge for this service of £3.50 per shirt.
Q. How do you apply and will it look good when finished?
A. We take a lot of time and pride in printing shirts not just any old way. We look at match images to get the correct placement as we know making your shirt look like your favourite players is important to you. We use a heat press as used by most clubs to ensure the finish is of the highest standard.
Q. Can I apply the name and number and sleeve badges myself?
A. We send name and numbers and sleeve badges out to many customers to apply themselves and we’re happy to do this. We cannot though accept any responsibility if you damage your shirt or shorts by applying yourself.
Postage and delivery
Q. Do you post overseas?
A. We post to all countries and depending on your order value there is a variety of postage options to choose when ordering.
Q. How much is postage for my order?
A. Please see our delivery charges page to view postage costs based on order value and service you choose.
Q. When will you send my order?
A. Most orders are despatched next or same working day. If you’ve ordered a name and number from our retro range, it can take up to 28 working days before we despatch as not all name and numbers are kept in stock due to the large and diverse range of styles and colours we offer.
Q. I’ve not received my order?
A. Please contact us to investigate. We need to give sufficient time to the postal service provider as they will not class as lost until a set time. Please contact us for details. If you have selected unregistered Airmail, please note this is at your own risk and we would not replace your order if lost or damaged in the post.
Q. When will I receive my order once you’ve sent it?
A. This depends on where delivery is to and what postage option has been chosen. Generally, UK customers will receive their order within 1‐2 business days and overseas customers are within 10 working days of despatch. This can take longer for a number of reasons dictated by the postage companies.
Q. Do you accept PayPal?
A. Yes, and you can use the Checkout with PayPal express option on our site. We’re a verified PayPal user for your added peace of mind.
Q. Can I pay by card?
A. We accept all major debit and credit cards and our payment merchant participates in the verified by visa and MasterCard SecureCode schemes for added protection when buying online.
Q. Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
A. This is available to UK customers only and must be made payable to Wiggy Sports. For cheque payment, the order will be despatched once cheque has cleared.
Q. I live outside of the EU, is there a reduction due to VAT?
A. Yes, when you checkout, the basket will automatically deduct the VAT at the current appropriate rate for you.
Q. Can I have a discount if I order more than one item?
A. Unfortunately, we only offer discounts when there is a special offer running. We prefer to keep our prices as low as possible for all customers.
Q. Are your name and numbers and sleeve badges player size and issue?
A. Our name and numbers and sleeve badges are player size items as worn on match shirts. For some styles and leagues this will be different material as well as bigger. If we do sell a name and number that is not player size, we will state this on the listing. Shirts and shorts are official replica unless stated as a player shirt.
Q. How does the name and numbers arrive?
A. For current style name and numbers, we arrange the letters onto a curved or straight template for easy application at home. Name and numbers from our retro range are manufactured using the same techniques and original materials and cannot be sent on templates. For 2 colour name and numbers, we recommend using heat proof tape as they are outline pieces for the different colours.
