Ordering through the online shop

Use the add to basket buttons to order your items and then complete the checkout from your basket. You can view items in your basket at any time by clicking on the 'VIEW YOUR BASKET' link at the top of the page.

When ordering a name and number please:

  1. select the quantity of letters and numbers or quantity of sets on each page you require

  2. where applicable, choose the colour or team from the drop down options

  3. Click 'ADD TO BASKET' button

  4. use the comments box on the 'VIEW YOUR BASKET' page or the checkout page when you complete your payment to provide details of the name and number and colour if applicable.
Ordering by email

If you'd prefer a more personal touch, you can email us your order and we'll respond within 48 hours with a price and details. Simply follow the instructions below.

  1. Send an email to sales@wiggysports.co.uk confirming details of the name, number or sleeve badge you require. Please confirm which style if wishing to purchase a name and number and the colour.

  2. So we can confirm postage costs, please include your country when emailing an order to us. If you are not based in UK, please confirm if you would like standard unregistered mail (at your own risk in the post) or International signed for. Please note UK excludes Republic of Ireland.

  3. We'll check your order request and send you an email back confirming the cost for you.

  4. Our email will contain a link for our secure checkout  when we've got all the information we need.

  5. Click the 'PayPal Pay now' button from our email and you'll be taken to the secure Wiggy Sports PayPal checkout

  6. If you have a PayPal account, you can login and pay using your account or if not, click the continue button on the left under the heading 'Don't have a PayPal account'. You can then use your credit or debit card.

  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order securely.

Delivery & despatch

We aim to despatch all orders within 14 working days from date of order/payment received. If an item is in stock it will be despatched within 48 working hours from date of order/payment received. Please note, to provide the best range of products to you, we don't keep every item in stock at all times.

For retro printing orders, please allow upto 28 working days for despatch. This is due to the diversity of names required, these items are custom cut by the original suppliers to the same standards and using the same techniques and materials as originally done.

If for any reason your order cannot be despatched within 14 working days, we will contact you to advise.

If you would like a timescale on a particular item at any time please contact us at sales@wiggysports.co.uk.

Payment

We accept the following cards through our checkout:

MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch, Delta and American Express.

We use PayPal to provide a trusted and secure way of you making your payment to us. If you have a PayPal account, you can use this to make payment. If you don't have one and you don't want to register for one, use the option on the Wiggy Sports PayPal screen, to make payment using your card.

We will accept Postal orders or cheques, however items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared or the Postal order received. All cheques/Postal orders to be made payable to Wiggy Sports.

Returns

We rely on customers to order the correct item but appreciate that mistakes do happen. In the case of shirts, shorts, socks or boots, this would be the correct size and colour.

If you order the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of placing your order by email to returns@wiggysports.co.uk. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm details for returns. We will exchange the item for the correct one.

If you believe we have sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to returns@wiggysports.co.uk. Again, we will respond within 48 hours to confirm details for return. If we have made the error, we will cover the cost of you returning the item to us and we will exchange the item for the correct one.

If there is a fault with your item(s), please send an email to returns@wiggysports.co.uk with full details of the fault. All our orders are checked thoroughly before despatch to prevent any faulty items being sent. We will ask for the item to be returned and upon inspection, a replacement will be sent.

All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate) and be in the same condition as when sold. If not, your return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns for any printed football shirts unless there is a fault with the item or custom cut nameblocks. If your order has been custom cut and ordered specially for you, acceptance of return is at our discretion.

For delivery to non UK addresses, we accept no returns for damaged items if Royal Mail Airmail has been selected.

If you choose to have the name and number or sleeve badges sent to you for your own application, we accept no responsibility for any damage to your shirt. Application instructions available by contacting us.
