This page states the terms and conditions under which you agree to use use this website, owned and Operated by Wiggy Sports. Any use of this website means you agree with them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not use this website.

Age of Consent

In placing an order with Wiggy Sports you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.

Contract Formation

Any order you make through our website wiggysports.co.uk is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.

No contract for any product purchased will exist between you and Wiggy Sports until you receive an email sent by us confirming the product in question has been shipped

Product Warranties

Wiggy Sports does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold on this website over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation.

In connection with the use of wiggysports.co.uk or wiggysports.com in no event and under no circumstances will Wiggy Sports be liable;

• For business losses and / or losses to non-consumers.
• For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
• For losses that were not cause by any breach on the part of the supplier.

You consent to use this website for lawful purposes only, and in manner conducted so as not to infringe the rights of, or restrict and inhibit the use and enjoyment of this website by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, any conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass, or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of offensive or obscene content or interference with the usual flow of dialogue within this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, none of Wiggy Sports nor any of their respective employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the materials in and/or facilities or services offered through this website, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, even if Wiggy Sports have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. If this clause is unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction due to relevant laws, then in no event shall Wiggy Sport's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and claims (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this website.

Events beyond our control

Wiggy Sports has no liability to you for the failure to deliver goods or any delay or damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstances beyond our control including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, war, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

It’s easiest to contact us at wiggysports-mfg@mail.com. All emails are answered within 24 hours on working days Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.

You can also contact us by phone on 07917 611303 between 5.00pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Payment

All payments including all shipping, handling and packing fees must be made by either credit or debit card or by PayPal. UK customers can pay by cheque or postal order and these must be made payable to Wiggy Sports.

Delivery Times

Usually your order will be despatched the next working day from date of order/payment received but due to us taking over the business recently it is taking a bit longer on orders to be dispatched email if urgent. If your order contains anything from our classic and retro range, please allow upto 28 working days for despatch. This is due to the diversity of names and styles we offer and these items are custom cut by the original suppliers for us to the same standards and using the same techniques and materials as originally done. This is a worst case scenario and most orders are despatched within 14 working days as well. If you would like a timescale on a particular item at any time please contact us at wiggysports-mfg@mail.com.

We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to send your order safely to you and all orders are securely packed. European and International orders should take 7-10 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond Wiggy Sports control which cause delay and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, our nominated Couriers, Customs in your country etc. If you believe your item is lost, please allow 25 days from date of posting as Royal Mail will not investigate a lost item claim until 25 days are passed. Please note, if you choose unregistered Airmail to overseas locations, this is entirely at your own risk if lost or damaged in the post. We would always recommend selecting the registered Airmail options which are International Signed For and Airsure where available.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a Saturday delivery. In some circumstances our carriers will deliver on a Saturday, but this remains at the control of the postal service.

Prices

Prices are as stated on the website (in GBP Sterling) and are subject to change without any prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond our control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.

For customers in Non EU overseas countries, VAT will be deducted accordingly at the checkout. Any import duty, customs and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. We will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package. Wiggy Sports will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes.

Security

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, wiggysports.co.uk uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the critically sensitive details you send us over the internet including your name, address and credit card details. This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your pc and our website.

Availability

Although we strive to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, occasionally items may have sold out. If any part of an order is unavailable the customer will be notified by telephone, text or email of any alternatives and or missing items. Refunds will be given for any items paid for that we cannot then provide.
